The Tohono O'odham Nation is again lobbying for a bill that would ensure U.S. citizenship for all tribal members.

The tribe's reservation spans the U.S.-Mexico border and tribal members are supposed to be allowed free passage. But some lack birth certificates to document citizenship, which they say leads to harassment at the border.
