The fight over who controls the Seminole Nation is not over, Jerry Haney has told an Oklahoma paper.

Haney told The Shawnee News-Star that he is considering going back to court to resolve the leadership dispute between him and Ken Chambers. The Bureau of Indian Affairs won't recognize Chambers, who was elected in a disputed vote.

Haney also says he never wanted Seminole businesses to be shut down even though an emergency court order he obtained had the effect.
