Okla. warrior ready for top spot

THURSDAY, MAY 16, 2002 A bronze statue of an Indian warrior is ready for its public debut in Oklahoma. Designed by state Sen. Kelly Haney, a member of the Seminole Nation, the statue will sit atop the Oklahoma Capitol building. The official premiere is June 7 but the public can get up and close to Haney's work from June 1 to June 6. Get the Story:
