Crow Reservation man testifies in own murder trial

A Crow Reservation man accused of murdering his uncle testified in federal court on Wednesday. Quinton Birdinground Jr. , 23, admitted firing a gun at Emerson Pickett, 30, and his estranged girlfriend. But he said he did not recall firing two other shots, including one that fatally wounded Pickett, The Billings Gazette reported. Pickett was Birdinground's uncle but Birdinground said he didn't know him well. Get the Story:
