The First Nations University of Canada has signed an agreement with officials in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador to develop courses for indigenous people in South America.

The partnership will help South American indigenous people develop leadership skills. Officials hope to develop student exchanges, new programs and teaching opportunities in South America.
