The Little Blue Natural Resources District in Nebraska has proposed creating an 80-acre lake that could submerge a suspected Native burial ground.

Frank LaMere, a member of the Winnebago Tribe, spoke to the district about the possibility of using radar to test for any remains at the site. The district is considering options for testing and for the development.
