Trial for man charged with Aquash murder delayed

A federal judge on Thursday agree to delay the trial of a man charged with the murder of American Indian Movement activist Anna Mae Pictou-Aquash. Arlo Looking Cloud will now go to trial in February 2004, 28 years after Aquash's body was found on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. The trial will be held in Rapid City. Get the Story:
