Janklow charged with second-degree manslaughter

Rep. Bill Janklow (R-S.D) has been charged with second-degree manslaughter for an August 16 car crash that killed a motorcyclist. Janklow, 63, faces 10 years in jail and a $10,000 fine if found guilty. He was driving about 20 miles over the speed limit on a highway in South Dakota when his car hit and killed Randy Scott, 55.
