The Northwest Indian Bar Association is reporting "unprecedented growth" in the number of Indian lawyers.

NIBA will hold a celebration tomorrow at the Tulalip Reservation in Washington. The Tulalip Tribes recently contributed $5,000 to the NIBA's scholarship program.
