Judge won't stop ban on Internet cigarette sales

A federal judge in New York doesn't think Seneca Nation business owners can overturn the state's ban on Internet sales of cigarettes. Two Seneca Nation businesses say the ban violates tribal sovereignty. U.S. District Judge William Skretny has granted them a temporary restraining order, but only for sales to Indians. Get the Story:
