Apache firefighter killed in helicopter crash

A helicopter carrying three members of the Mountain Apache Tribe of Arizona crashed this weekend while responding to a wildfire.

Randall Bonito Jr., 32, and pilot Jess Pearce, 50, were killed. Tribal members Floyd Walker, 37, and Kristy Johnson, 30, were injured and are currently hospitalized.

Bonito's death comes shortly after the death of Rick Lupe, another tribal member who died of injuries sustained during a controlled burn.
