The federal government is defending a pending ban on climbing at Cave Rock in Nevada. The Washoe Tribe considers the rock a sacred place that should not be bothered. But the Access Fund, representing a group of climbers, says the rock belongs to everyone and should remain open. The climbing ban is on hold pending litigation filed by the group.
