NCAI holding annual winter session in DC this week

The National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) kicks off its annual winter session today in Washington, D.C. Following are highlights of the three-day meeting. Monday
11 a.m. - Press announcement on partnership with National American Indian Housing Council to promote homeownership.
