JUNE 25, 2001 An Alaska Native man is suing a national grocery chain because he says he was unfairly terminated for having long hair. Frank Miller, 57, was a grocery clerk at a liquor store that was bought by Safeway, whose policies ban long hair. Miller had been asked to cut his hair but refused.
