Its the International Native Indian Brotherhood and Indigenous Preservation Online Organization, an Internet group dedicated to the fine art of Indian humor. But the INIBIPOOs are also the name of the group's new awards -- "I'm Not Indian But I Play One Online." Who will win the coveted awards this year?
