WEDNESDAY, JULY 25, 2001 If you ask former President Jimmy Carter, George W. Bush is doing a bad job running the country. In an interview with the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer of Georgia, Carter criticized Bush for a number of his recent decisions. From human rights to nuclear arms, Carter says he's been "been disappointed in almost everything" Bush has done. Instead of being a moderate leader, Bush has been ruling conservatively, said Carter.
