JUNE 27, 2001 Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating (R) on Tuesday nominated Herschel Crow as the state's new Secretary of Transportation. Crow replaces to Neal McCaleb, who held the job for six years and was the first to have the title of Secretary. McCaleb is awaiting confirmation as Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Indian Affairs. Crow must be confirmed by the State Senate. Get the Story:
