Religious-only grant program changed

After receiving pressure from the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services has opened up a $4 million grant program to secular as well as religious groups.

Some groups had threatened to sue if the department didn't change the grant program's requirements. Applicant were limited to religious groups or those working with them in order to receive funds to address drug abuse and HIV prevention.
