Court rejects challenge to Census

A federal court on Tuesday rejected the state of Utah's challenge to its Census count.

The state intends to appeal. The state alleges the Census Bureua missed 11,176 Mormom missionaries who live overseas, thereby costing the state a fourth Congressional district.
