FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2001 The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has fined the general contractor working on a casino expansion in Connecticut for the death of a worker. Perini must pay a $7,000 fine due to a faulty elevator from which John Horn fell and plunged to his death on September 24, said OSHA. However, OSHA and the company plan to meet to discuss the issue.
