TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2001 Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation spokesperson Cedric Woods told The Norwich Bulletin on Monday the Conneccticut tribe is considering various concepts to ease traffic in and around the reservation. Woods said no design has been settled upon nor has a formal application been submitted. Local officials are trying to figure out the tribe's motives, however, wondering if this means an expansion of the Foxwoods Resort Casino. Get the Story:
