THURSDAY, AUGUST 2, 2001 For the first time since their Idaho casino opened in 1993, Coeur d'Alene tribal members have seen their share of profits drop. But the dip is only temporary, it appears. The tribe's casino saw revenues decrease slightly during November and December of last year but were back up again in January. The per capita payments to the 1,770 tribal members are made twice yearly. They are based on 25 percent of the profits from the casino. Get the Story:
