APRIL 23, 2001 A developer who hopes to build a golf course and resort in Norwich said a number of Connecticut tribes have expressed interest in the project. Lead developer Gregory Mackin said the Eastern Pequot Tribe, state-recognized, is one of a number who have contacted him about the proposal.
