A Wisconsin lawmaker on Monday said he wants to change a state lobbying law because it doesn't require lobbyists to disclose the extent of their involvement in non-legislative or administrative matters.

Rep. Spencer Black, D-Madison, said he is considering the change because a top aide to former Governor Tommy Thompson wasn't required to disclose he would share a $46.5 million payout should an off-reservation casino be approved by Thompson.

The casino is being proposed by the Menominee Nation. Current Governor Scott McCallum says he won't approve it should the Bureau of Indian Affairs give the project a green light.
