Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Chairman Richard Milanovich on Monday said the California tribe will raze their dowtown Palm Springs casino and build a new, larger one in its place.

Milanovich said the tribe hasn't finalized plans but a developer says he hopes to begin work on a larger casino and hotel within a couple of months.

The tribe will open a new casino in Rancho Mirage in two weeks.
