JANUARY 8, 2001 The Environmental Protection Agency said more study is needed on an off-reservation casino proposed by the Menominee Nation of Wisconsin. The EPA said the Bureau of Indian Affairs has to analyze the impacts of traffic on air quality. The casino would be located in Kenosha, an area where ozone levels are among the highest in the nation.
