APRIL 5, 2001 A federal court on Wednesday sentenced former Sokaogon Ojibwe Chairman Arlyn Ackley to 30 months in jail and ordered him to pay $38,715 in restitution for keeping money that belonged to the Wisconsin tribe's gaming enterprise.
