NOVEMBER 2, 2000 A former Kickapoo council member has dropped his lawsuit againts the tribe for firing him. James Cisneros said he had a hard time getting any court to hear his case. He says he was dismissed from the tribal gaming commission because of alleged improprities he uncovered. Cisneros was also removed from his position as treasurer of the council. Get the Story:
