Principi signs Indian care agreement

Secretary of Veterans Affairs Anthony Principi was in South Dakota on Thursday, where he signed an agreement to guarantee health care for Indian veterans in and around the Sisseton Wahpeton Reservation.

The agreement will also allow the Veterans clinic in Sioux Falls to serve tribal members who are not veterans by using left over money.

Principi took part of the VA's Native American Summit.
