MAY 10, 2001 Tribal and health officials in Wyoming are criticizing a draft of a minority health report because they say it is based on inaccurate data. Tribal officials say the use of telephone surveys and state mortality data does not give an accurate picture of Indian health. They say Indian Health Service (IHS) data should be used.
