WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2001 Siding with a Utah county and the Ute Tribe of Utah, a federal judge on Tuesday once again ordered the Bureau of Land Management to remove 85 wild horses from Uintah County. But the judge didn't hold the government in contempt for failing to meet a previously imposed late October deadline. The judge in September had ruled the BLM wasn't adhering to its wild horse plan.
