WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2001 The Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to consider whether the use of public funds to pay for tuition at private and religious schools is constitutional. The case centers on Ohio's school voucher program, which was declared illegal by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. But the Supreme Court's decision will affect other states.
