Woman keeps quilting tradition alive

Angeline Alberts, 62, is a Spirit Lake Sioux woman from North Dakota whose family had a long tradition in quilting.

For Alberts, a specialty is star quilts. They are created for any number of reasons and she he has made them for a relative killed in Vietnam and for tribal ceremonies.

Alberts currently makes about 60 quilts a year.
