APRIL 4, 2001 Richard West, Director of the National Museum of the American Indian, will be lecturing on Thursday in Grand Forks, North Dakota. West will be giving two presentations. One is at the University of North Dakota. The other is at the community room of the Grand Forks Herald newspaper. Both events are open to the public. Mary Beth West, West's wife, is also speaking at the UND on Thursday and area high schools on Friday. West is a US Ambassador and an international and Indian law expert. Get the Story:
