NOVEMBER 29, 2000 After being uncovered by accident in 1973, the remains of a Cheyenne warrior Sandman were reburied at Fort Supply in Oklahoma on Monday. Sandman's remains had been held in Fort Sill since then. He may have been killed in 1838 during a battle between the Cheyenne and Kiowa at Wolf Creek. Get the Story:
