OCTOBER 13, 2000 Does Mamie Rupnicki, recently resigned Chairwoman of the Prairie Band of the Potawatomi, have a future at the Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas? A report from the Topeka Capital-Journal considers the question. Rupnicki its currently president of the Board of Regents at the tribal college in Lawrence.
