Oneida Nation representative Ray Halbritter, Bear Clan mother Marilyn John, and four Men's Council members spoke to editorial board of The Syracuse Newspapers last week, mostly about the land claims settlement talks between the tribe and the state of New York. The board posed several questions about the talks to the Oneida respresentatives.
