JUNE 30, 2000 The Crow Nation in Montana will hold a parade, feast, rodeo and powwow on Saturday to bring in the newly elected tribal council. Clifford Birdinground was elected chairman, ousting long time and controversial leader Clara Nomee in May. The parade in Crow Agency starts at 10 AM. A feast and rodeo start at 2:30 PM.
