The First Salmon feast has been held along the Columbia river since time immemorial. Although the original fishing site at Celio Falls was damaged by the construction of The Dalles Dam, tribal fishermen from throughout the region and as far away as the Plains come to take part in a tradition sacred to their culture and way of life. Don Sampson, director of the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission, was a guest on Sunday. Get the Story:
