JUNE 14, 2000 Navajo / Pueblo golfder Notah Begay III is trying to turn his golfing season around at the 100th United States Open at Pebble Beach in Calfironia. Begay qualified for the Open, which begins Thursday, by winning two PGA Tour events, the Reno-Tahoe Open and the Michelob Championship at Kingsmill, Virginia. He was also one of 1999's top 30 money makers. So far in 2000, Begay has only made a mark at the AT&T Invitational at Pebble Beach in February. Get the Story:
