JUNE 22, 2000 Local business owners in West Warwick, Rhode Island are still dreaming of the economic boom a casino owned the by the Narragansett Tribe could bring to the town. On Tuesday, the House Finance Committee killed a measure which would have placed the proposal on the November ballot, giving state voters the choice to approve of the tribe's casino proposal.
