Lawyer rules on Mohegan documents

The lawyer for the Connecticut town of Montville has ruled that documents regarding the Mohegan Tribe can be viewed at the town hall but not removed.

Some documents from a set of five boxes have been removed due to attorney-client privilege. The town bought the documents from the BIA for $10,000.
