The gaming records of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Casino are available to law enforcement of the state of Kansas, due to a provision in the tribe's compact with the state.

Topeka police officers recently obtained the records of the tribe's casino from the Kansas Tribal Gaming Commission. As a result, two city employees were fired for visiting the casinos on the government's time.

The Kansas Association of Public Employees is demanding an investigation into the incident.
