A 12-Year Old Cofan, a tribe in Ecuador, will speak before the UN today in New York about environmental injustice in his homeland. Hugo Lucitante has lived in the Seattle area for the past three years after his parents sent him to get a better education to help his people. Hugo is one of the youngest people to speak at a UN briefing.
