Arlando Teller of the Department of Transportation addresses the National Congress of American Indians on February 14, 2024.
Teller, a citizen of the Navajo Nation, serves as the first-ever Assistant Secretary for Tribal Government Affairs at his department. The position was established to address transportation and infrastructure issues in Indian Country.
Teller spoke at NCAI’s executive council winter session, held at a hotel in Washington, D.C.
