GASB 87 & GASB 96: HOW TO MAINTAIN ACCURATE DATA FOR CONFIDENT COMPLIANCE
Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST

As leases and SBITAs evolve, how do you keep your contract data up-to-date? If you’re having trouble ensuring accurate, reliable data, you’re not alone.

The high volume of lease and SBITA contracts held by an organization – and the complexity of the terms within them – makes it can be incredibly difficult for organizations to stay on top of their data.

This makes it more challenging to stay compliant with GASB 87 and GASB 96. You need technology that enables you to track and view any changes to contract data in one centralized location. Without this, you are at risk of running into issues at your next audit.

In this webinar, lease accounting experts will discuss:

  • The similarities between GASB 87 and GASB 96 and how to ensure compliance
  • How to establish a process that promotes ongoing accuracy as contracts evolve
  • Opportunities that lie within lease and SBITA accounting
