Between 200 to 300 people marched in support of Jacqueline Salyers, a member of the Puyallup Tribe who was shot and killed by a police officer in Tacoma, Washington.

The police department is still investigating how Salyers, 33, died on January 28, The Tacoma News-Tribune reported. But family and friends said they haven't received many answers so far. They are also upset that they were never told she was pregnant when she was shot and killed.

“Things have come to me that make more sense than what I was told by police,” Salyers’ mother, Lisa Earl, told the paper.

Two officers were placed on administrative leave following the incident but both have since returned to work, the paper said.
