Update: President Obama has vetoed the bill. The White House posted the veto message. President Barack Obama is expected to veto a bill that authorizes the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline as soon as today. The Senate passed S.1, the Keystone XL Pipeline Approval Act., on January 29. The House followed suit on February 11. The veto will be the third of Obama's presidency, The Washington Post reported. More are expected because Republicans are now in control of Congress. However, there aren't enough votes to override the veto on the Keystone bill, according to news reports. Get the Story:
