Dozens of students on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming are getting free back-to-school haircuts. The Shoshone and Arapaho Tribal Rights Employment Office organized the affair. Elementary, high school and even some college students are taking advantage of the service. “A lot of kids can’t afford to go to a salon for a haircut, and we wanted the kids to have a nice fresh new haircut for the start of school," Lee Spoonhunter of TERO told County 10. The Wind River Reservation is home to the Eastern Shoshone Tribe and the Northern Arapaho Tribe. Get the Story:
