A couple from the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana appeared in federal court on Monday to face methamphetamine trafficking charges.

Leslie Bear Comes Out, 32, and Delphine Medicine Horse, 40, pleaded not guilty to charges in an eight-count indictment, The Billings Gazette reported. The couple are accused of selling meth in a home where children were present.

Photos from the couple's separate Facebook accounts show a number of children and both repeatedly mention children in their posts.

The couple allegedly sold drugs for about six years on the reservation, from 2008 through May of this year. By that time, the tribe already declared a war on meth to combat the problems the drug was causing on the reservation.
